Nowadays, we all know how crucial some level of physical activity is for optimal health. Yet many of us (including myself at times !) tend to live a rather sedentary lifestyle.

Fitness can take many forms. So no matter where you’re starting from or what you like to do ; either you enjoy being indoors or outdoors ; enjoy working out alone or with others… I believe you should take part in some physical activities. It can be anything from a walk in the park to intense weight-lifting session, from football to climbing…

But get your heart pumping and those muscles active… you’ll feel so much better, I promise !

I personally like sports/activities such as :

Bodybuilding, circuit training, LesMills classes, Swedish fit classes, yoga and stretching, cycling, hiking, canoeing, horse riding (in the past), gymnastics, climbing
